精選北岸三圈中各具代表性的2至3個景點與自然生物,以生動插畫描繪方式呈現,串聯出三大觀光圈的風貌亮點。並依照三圈真實地理位置排列筆畫,將地景脈絡自然連結,形塑出一場自在悠遊的北岸三圈旅程

✹ 專案定位 | Project Positioning

在本專案中,我們代表北部三大觀光圈——「皇冠海岸」、「大東北角」與「馬祖」,以「 風土文化 × 創意行銷 」為核心策略,整合策展設計、活動統籌、角色 IP 塑造、品牌招商與社群推廣五大面向。
我們希望讓北觀光圈不只是地圖上的區域,而是一種能被體驗、被記住的生活感與節奏。
In the North Coast “Dou-Dou” Project, we represent the three northern tourism zones—the Crown Coast, the Great Northeast Coast, and the Matsu Islands. Centered on Local Culture × Creative Marketing, we integrate five key aspects: curatorial design, event management, IP development, brand partnership, and social media engagement. Our goal is to make the North Coast not just a place on the map, but a lifestyle and rhythm to be felt and remembered.
透過主軸名稱「兜兜」的故事線與多平台互動行銷,我們讓觀眾在城市中重新感受北台灣的山海風景與特有的愜意氛圍。從社群貼文的語氣、現場表演的節奏,到市集空間的視覺與聲景,我們都希望營造一種慢步調、可親近的北岸印象。以「 兜風式旅行 」為概念,將線上話題與現場體驗無縫串聯,打造屬於北觀光圈的年度文化品牌。
Through the narrative of our main theme “Dou-Dou” and multi-platform interactive marketing, we invite audiences to rediscover the coastal beauty and relaxed spirit of northern Taiwan. From the tone of our social media storytelling, to the flow of live performances and the spatial aesthetics of the market, every detail is designed to convey a sense of calm and connection. Centered on the concept of a “journey to wander and discover,” the project seamlessly bridges online engagement and on-site experiences, shaping the North Coast Tourism Circle into an annual cultural brand.

整體活動的統籌與執行,從舞台規劃、流程設計到現場管理,確保每個細節都能傳達觀光圈的核心精神。
We take charge of the full event experience — from stage design and programming to on-site coordination — ensuring that every moment reflects the core spirit of the North Coast tourism circles.

② 策展設計
Curatorial Design

以「北岸三圈」為策展主題,結合裝置藝術與地方素材,打造沉浸式的《 兜來北岸 》展覽,讓觀眾在城市中感受北岸三大觀光圈的山海節奏。
With the “North Coast Three Circles” as our curatorial theme, Dou Lai North Coast combines art installations and local materials to create an immersive exhibition that brings the coastal rhythm of the three tourism zones into the heart of the city.

③ 角色行銷
IP Branding & Storytelling

我們創造角色「 兜兜 」,以擬人化旅人視角貫穿三圈故事,結合喔熊及在地品牌,建立可延續的觀光圈識別形象。
We created the character Dou-Dou, a traveler embodying the spirit of exploration across the three regions. Through collaborations with OhBear and local brands, we shape a cohesive and enduring identity for the North Coast tourism network.

④ 品牌共創
Brand Partnership & Cultural Engagement

除了品牌招商,我們也將在地品牌導入文化教學現場,舉辦六場 DIY 手作與品牌分享會,讓參與者親手體驗北岸風土、理解品牌故事,深化觀光圈的文化價值。同時透過「觀光護照集章活動」,民眾可完成任務抽中在地住宿與交通券,串連「皇冠海岸」、「大東北角」、「馬祖」三圈,帶動攤商曝光與地方效益。
Beyond brand collaboration, we engage local creators through six DIY workshops and brand sharing events, offering hands-on experiences of North Coast culture. The on-site Passport Stamping Program connects the Crown Coast, the Great Northeast Coast, and Matsu, encouraging exploration while boosting vendor exposure and regional vitality.
