✹ 專案定位 | Project Positioning
2024–2025年台北杜鵑花季以「心花開・森不息」為主軸,從城市公園、藝術裝置、永續美學出發,重新定義春天的城市公園花季。我們以四大策展主軸,打造民眾參與感與藝術體驗兼具花季場景,讓杜鵑花不只是風景,更是一場大家共同參與的春日節慶。

The 2024–2025 Taipei Azalea Festival, themed “Hearts in Bloom, Forests Everlasting,” redefines the concept of spring flower festivals in urban parks through the lenses of city greenery, art installations, and sustainable aesthetics. Centered around four main curatorial themes, the festival creates immersive scenes that blend public participation with artistic experiences. Azaleas become more than just a scenic backdrop—they transform into a vibrant spring celebration shared by all.

We created signature installations including the 2025 “Crown of Anson” stage with seven interactive sound art points, the dual-time welcome landmark “Sunrise Mound,” and the 2024 wooden house installation “True Bundle Cottage” paired with an azalea showcase.

動線與視覺整合
Spatial flow and visual coherence
  • 設計迎賓花丘、音樂步道、動線視覺標示、散步地圖路線,提升參與體驗
  • 串聯捷運四大出入口 × 安森主要步道 × 杜鵑花心心

We connected four major MRT exits with Anson Park’s main pathways and azalea zones, using welcoming floral mounds, visual signage, and illustrated walking maps to enhance visitor experience and navigation.

製作活動影片與社群主題內容推出互動文創品:花影隨行繩、手作小圓扇、森呼吸貼片、聞青香包等設計「杜鵑敲敲畫」吸引親子與平日遊客參與

We produced promotional videos and social media campaigns, designed hands-on cultural goods such as flower-shadow lanyards, handmade fans, aroma patches, and scent sachets, and launched interactive art boards to engage families and weekday visitors alike.

❹ 活動與社群共創
Events and community co-creationnses
  • 規劃安森音樂派對,邀請多組當紅藝人團體共演
  • 舉辦「杜鵑花開了音樂會」、城南文化導覽、親子共學體驗
  • 結合市長參與開幕式,打造市民共感的公共活動場域

We organized the Anson Music Party featuring trending artists, held the “Azaleas in Bloom” vocal concert, curated cultural tours and family learning events, and invited the Mayor to join the public opening—shaping an inclusive civic gathering space.

從空間設計到視覺裝置,我們強調低碳永續與自然共生,讓花季場域成為兼具美感與理念的共感空間。

From spatial layout to visual displays, the project emphasizes low-carbon sustainability and harmony with nature—creating a flower festival that balances aesthetics with values.

色彩選用:嫩綠 × 粉白 × 木質

We completed two major installations and a comprehensive visual route system, integrating efforts across city departments, global artists, youth communities, and local brands.
The festival reached tens of thousands, amplified brand presence via social media, and pioneered a sustainable, citizen-driven curatorial model—setting a new benchmark for urban floral festivals.
